Clare is the Commercial Head of the Mobile Intelligence division at JT Group, a government-owned Tier-1 telecom operator with a network of over 600 Mobile Network Operator (MNO) partners worldwide. Working closely with these MNO partners, JT delivers network data solutions focussed on identity verification and fraud protection, safeguarding consumers from identity theft, account takeover and Authorised Push Payment fraud, while supporting businesses with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
Clare’s career began in the media industry, where she led commercial teams across the publishing, television, and digital sectors. With over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Clare has spearheaded numerous strategic projects aimed at driving incremental revenue for Mobile Operators.
A founding member of the UK joint venture Weve - a mobile media and payments business owned by Vodafone, TEF, and EE - Clare is a recognised expert and passionate advocate for using mobile intelligence data from operators to prevent fraud. Her extensive work with Mobile Network Operators globally demonstrates her commitment to this cause.
At JT, Clare’s primary focus has been on successfully scaling the Mobile Intelligence division. Her ongoing efforts are dedicated to developing new services and expanding into new markets, ensuring JT remains at the forefront of innovation in the telecommunications industry.
