A forward- thinking executive with proven experience in strategy and deep knowledge in artificial intelligence, Beatriz has been a partner in the firm for more than 18 years. She served in various roles within the EMEIA and Asia- Pacific regions. She leads more than 22,000 professionals . In May 2023 she she was appointed as the leading partner for EY Global AI program. Since then she has acted as the sponsor partner of EY.ai across mulriple disciplines: Technology, GTM, learning, marketing, policy and risk management. In her new responsability she is leading EY transformation efforts across the different businesses band geographies
During her career, she has also held senior positions with leading companies in financial services, such as Santander or BBVA, where she was responsible for establishing Data, AI and innovation as core competencies.
Beatriz’ business acumen is backed by her quantitative and innovation skills, which enable her to define and support the growth agenda of large multinationals and be a thought leader in analytics, customer centricity and innovation.
Beatriz also builds on her excellent communication skills, to lead the Analysts Relationship Program for Data and AI. Since she has been in the role,EY has got the recognition from analysts such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester and HfS as global Leader in Data and AI
Beatriz holds a master’s degree in Mathematics. She is regular speaker at international industry conferences and has been featured in Forbes and the Financial Times among others
